- Distance, experienced judgement and a clear sequence of action on one specific question. The purpose is not to solve every part of the business in one call; it is to identify the decision that matters and make the next moves usable.
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- The question, challenge or opportunity and anything already tried or ruled out. Messy or half-formed questions are acceptable.
- Is this coaching, or an ongoing arrangement?
- It is not coaching, an ongoing consultancy engagement, unlimited access, a preparation-heavy process, Borrow My Brain+ or a guaranteed result.
- What exactly do I receive for £350?
- One 90-minute call with Liana and a written flight plan delivered the next business day. If further relevant thinking emerges, Liana may also send a follow-up voice note, but that is not a guaranteed formal deliverable.
- What if my situation is bigger than one conversation?
