Which channels* will deliver the most impact
How can you create opportunities for word of mouth and referrals
What knowledge can you share with or teach to your customers in order to make “customer education” a marketing channel
What could you share that would position you or your company as an authority in your niche
How can you leverage charity/CSR in your marketing efforts
