How to think happy thoughts

We sat down with Tash Freeborn, a life coach, NLP & management/leadership trainer, and self-help author, to find out how we can use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help us think happy thoughts and get out of our own way.

Before launching her business, Tash worked in a senior position at Sky TV, in the quality control and media management departments before experiencing a professional burnout. Following an intense period filled with depression, overwhelm and anxiety, Tash made the bold decision to take control of her mindset and undergo NLP training. 

Having left the corporate world behind, Tash now supports women who want to boost their confidence and stop the cycle of negative self-talk that stops them from pursuing their goals.
