Is this coaching?
No. Borrow My Brain is focused advisory support around one business decision or opportunity. There is no ongoing coaching relationship, accountability programme or prescribed methodology.
What can we work on?
One contained business decision, idea, question or opportunity. That might involve your offer, positioning, pricing, marketing, income, business model or what to prioritise next.
What will I leave with?
You should leave with a clearer view of the decision, the assumptions worth testing and the next moves that deserve your attention. Your written Flight Plan follows the next business day.
How much does it cost?
£300 + VAT, paid when you book. That includes the 90-minute working session and your written Flight Plan the next business day.
Does it need to be fully formed?
No. Bring the messy version. You can explain what is happening, what you are considering and what feels uncertain. Part of the session is working out which question actually deserves your attention.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No deck. No homework. No onboarding call. Come ready to explain the situation and share any context that might help us think about it properly.
What if the issue is bigger than one session?
We can use the session to work out what the wider piece of work actually is. If I think the situation needs something different, I will tell you plainly rather than trying to squeeze it into Borrow My Brain.
