Neurodivergent Thinker 🧠 | Venture Catalyst 🌱 | Inspirer-in-Chief 💫
Hey there. Welcome to my little corner of the internet.
I am a California girl based in the UK, a mother of teenagers growing from boys to men, and someone who is happiest on a dance floor, a surfboard, a Reformer rack or belly-laughing with friends.
I am also an aspiring DJ because I love to do it for the plot.
I never thought I would be an entrepreneur. Now, I cannot imagine doing anything else.
Before I started working for myself, I worked with brands including BMW, Ray-Ban and the NHS on community-powered marketing campaigns, partnerships and live experiences.
The joy of a portfolio career and self-directed work/life design is getting to use what I know to help other people create work that works for them.

WHY I BUILT THIS
I started Inspiration Space because I kept meeting capable people with something useful to offer who were getting stuck between what they knew and how to turn it into paid work.
They did not always need another course, a grand reinvention or somebody else’s formula. Often, they needed help recognising what they already had, understanding the decision in front of them and choosing a next step that fitted their actual life.
That is still the work: making business information easier to use, asking better questions and being honest about what the evidence does—and does not—support.

Focus
Helping people use knowledge, experience and ideas to create work that works for them
I help decide what belongs in the Library and Directory, what needs explaining and what readers should check before spending their time or money.
I connect knowledge and ideas to a recognisable offer, a real audience and a practical way of making money.
I look for the decision beneath the visible problem, challenge assumptions and help separate useful action from expensive distraction.
I believe work should account for capacity, caring responsibilities, changing priorities and the fact that people are not business machines.
Editorial work
I write News You Can Use and Founder Stories for Inspiration Space. Much of what I write begins with a question somebody has asked in a workshop, a working session or a moment when their work stopped making sense.
I turn those questions into plain-English Explainers, practical Guides and direct editorial notes. The aim is not to make business sound simple. It is to make it easier to understand what matters, what the options are and what to check next.
Beyond Inspiration Space
I speak about inspiration, possibility and building work around how people actually think and live: recognising capabilities, making better decisions and turning knowledge, experience and ideas into paid work.
As a host and moderator, I bring warmth, pace and well-judged questions. I help speakers move beyond rehearsed answers, bring different voices into the conversation and keep the room connected to why the discussion matters.

Ideas and lived experience shaped into a clear, relevant talk for the people in the room.

A warm, steady presence that gives an event structure without draining it of personality.

Thoughtful preparation, sharper questions and space for a conversation to go somewhere worthwhile.
