If good client feedback is sitting across emails, messages, review sites and old documents, Senja may be useful to explore. It is a testimonial-management tool for bringing that material together, collecting new written or video feedback and choosing which proof to use on your website or elsewhere.

What it can help with
Senja may help you create a more manageable system for customer feedback: requesting testimonials through shareable forms, finding useful comments later and selecting proof for a particular page, proposal or campaign. Video testimonials are automatically transcribed, which makes the spoken feedback easier to review and reuse as text.
Inspiration Space note: Senja is especially useful when testimonials need to do more than sit in a document or appear as a one-off quote. It gives you a practical way to preserve real client language, choose the proof that fits a particular page or proposition, and keep an embedded testimonial section maintainable as your site evolves.
Who it may suit
It may suit consultants, freelancers, founders and small teams that rely on client experience as part of how prospective customers judge their work. It could also suit organisations collecting feedback across several services or programmes, particularly when testimonials need to be reused rather than gathered for a single campaign.
How it works
You can collect text, image and video testimonials through Senja forms or import existing proof from supported review, social and other sources. Imported and collected testimonials are stored in a central Proof area for searching, tagging and selection. Senja can display chosen testimonials through website widgets or a hosted Wall of Love, and paid plans add features including automatic imports, Zapier, API access and additional branding controls.
Senja’s forms include a consent step by default, and new submissions are unapproved until reviewed. That can support a permission process, but it does not remove your responsibility to check whether you have appropriate consent for the way you intend to publish somebody’s name, role, company, image, video or words.

What to check before committing
Before building your testimonial system around Senja, check the current plan limits, branding options, import sources and any integrations you need. Make sure your website platform accepts Senja’s embed code; Senja specifically advises checking that the destination supports direct embeds.
Also review its privacy and data-handling terms for customer information and video. Obtain suitable permission before publishing identifying details, and check any results-based testimonial for context and evidence rather than treating the customer’s statement as independently verified. If you later migrate your website or change theme, retain and test the embed code rather than assuming the testimonial section will carry across automatically.
